We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Controller in our Melbourne office (and from home.) Reporting to the Team Leader, your responsibilities will be managing the day-to-day service authorisations to repairers and service centres for our customers.

We offer a service to our customers whereby when they get their vehicles serviced, we ensure that they are not being made to pay for unnecessary maintenance.

As such, the aim of this role is to minimise vehicle maintenance expenditures, without compromising the quality of repairs and security of drivers, thereby enhancing client relationships and ensuring optimum value for money to the business.

To be considered for this role you will have:

- Previous experience as a Mechanic and/or Service Advisor - essential
- Customer service experience
- Data entry and computer skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Able to work in a team environment
