Purpose of Role:
_ _As a Team Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless collaboration, effective communication, and efficient operations within our Human Resources and Safety, Health and Environment teams. You will have the opportunity to work closely with talented individuals from various areas of the business, contributing to the overall success of our wider team and driving impactful outcomes.

This is a 12-month contract role, based in Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities:
- Event coordination, printing, catering, and document management.- Supporting induction for new HR and SHE team members.- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a coordination role.- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping and data management.- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
