**The Business**
Genus Infrastructure Pty Ltd (GNI) are specialists in delivering end to end, innovative transmission, distribution, substation, communication & renewable energy solutions in many sectors across Australia from Oil & Gas, Government and Communications, as a subsidiary of the GenusPlus Group (ASX:GNP).
**The Role**
Reporting directly to the Project Manager the
**Planner / Scheduler** will be responsible for:
- Interacting with project stakeholders such as clients, vendors, project teams and sub-contractors in relation to project tracking.
- Project monitoring across time, cost, quality, resources and identify opportunities for improvements.
- Report and resource tracking, ensuring that controls report cost transparency and forecasting data for the project.
- Communicating planned activity on a weekly basis to the team, including analysis of what was completed in prior week and what was not.
**Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications**
- Tertiary Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in project planning and scheduling.
- Demonstrated experience with Primavera P6 software.
- Demonstrated experience in implementation of planning, audit, review processes, and risk assessment and management methodologies.
- Excellent organisational and time management, with well-developed interpersonal and communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Organisation skills to coordinate multiple tasks on multiple projects in accordance with the overall project plan.
- Sound track record of achievements in a project planning or project controls role, having demonstrated strategic input which contributed to the success of a major project.
**Desirable Skills/Experience/Qualifications**
- Knowledge of Transmission, Distribution, Substation, Communications & Renewable Energy infrastructure would be an advantage.
- Experience within the utilities, resources, or construction industry.
