**Your Impact**
Join our team as the On-Premise National Account Manager and be responsible for driving profit, revenue and performance targets for a multi-beverage portfolio. Based in Sydney, you’ll lead a direct report, focusing on growth and seizing new business opportunities with our key National On-Premise Accounts
**Key responsibilities**

- Manage the relationship with the customer and their key internal stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment between our businesses
- Engage with primary customer contact and take part in annual and business planning
- Understand key drivers of customer businesses and the overall business strategy
- Partner with internal stakeholders such as category and innovation to identify new opportunities, create new categories and accelerate growth
- Achieve agreed brand and commercial targets in line with the national account strategy
- Evaluate business performance and return on investments ensuring there is a focus on continuous learning and improvement
**About You**
- Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management dealing with major accounts
- Strong experience in negotiating and closing commercial contracts
- FMCG and/or hospitality industry experience highly regarded
- Previous experience in sales or marketing within a blue chip consumer goods company highly regarded
- Tertiary qualifications highly regarded
