We are experiencing rapid growth and we are seeking an additional Migration Agent Assistant who can add value to our team. This is a rewarding Migration Agent Assistant role that can lead to career progression within Australia.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified clients
- Liaising with employers, skill assessing agencies, state sponsoring bodies, DIBP and migration review tribunal.
- Developing new and existing client relationships whilst participating in ongoing business development.
- Be able to work individually with mínimal supervision and as a part of a team.
- Ensuring up to date and accurate reports are maintained.
- Ensuring full career growth and development by giving proper training and guidance.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of the client in the CRM
- Willingness to take different opportunities, bringing the open-mindset to ad-hoc duties as required
- Lead marketing events especially webinar and expo as per management guidance.

To be successful, the applicant will need to demonstrate the following **skills and attributes**:

- The personality to foster, build and manage relationships
- Excellent presentation & communication skills
- Extremely well organized
- Extensive knowledge of Migration Law.
- Be able to work individually with mínimal supervision and as a part of a team
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- **Prior Migration Agent Assistant/Migration Counselling experience of more than one year in Migration Consultancy is must**_
