**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support client partnerships to ensure success
- Immerse yourself in the client business to establish credibility and knowledge
- Unpack problems and design multidisciplinary research briefs
- Triangulate, synthesise and interpret data to uncover commercial outcomes
- Create story-led deliverable to inspire clients to action
- Identify opportunities to challenge your own thinking, and the clients
- Mentor junior team members for future line management responsibility
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads to wins
