**Key responsibilities**:
You will manage a portfolio of manufacturing clients within the food and beverage space. Effectively partnering with your clients, you will enable them to make data driven decisions that help to grow their business.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

- Defining business problems through consultations with clients and providing solutions to their business needs
- Solving briefs with actionable recommendations through incorporating analysis from different data sources
- Providing and presenting insights through storytelling
- Leading client relationships and proactively develop these relationships to deliver against account plan objectives
- Overseeing the client contract, financials (including invoicing), renewal and growth revenue target
- Leading business development activities for targeted accounts

**We're looking for**:

- At least three years' experience in insights or category management, at a market research agency or FMCG manufacturer/retailer
- Previous experience analysing scan or shopper data
- Strong account management and client servicing skills
- A creative and curious nature, with the ability to effectively problem solve
- Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
- A confident persona, with the capability to effectively manage client expectations
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify business development opportunities
