**What You'll Do**
As a Security Partner Marketing Manager, you will be aligned with the Asia-Pacific, Japan and China (APJC) region channel sales team, region partner marketing team, and global security marketing team to help build and drive marketing campaigns, events, and demand gen programs to deliver high-quality opportunities that result in measurable impact to pipeline and revenue. As a data-driven marketer you’ll supervise track, measure and report on campaign performance and return on investment. And you’ll always be thinking about where the next opportunity is to innovate and make an impact

You’ll join a hardworking team of specialists experienced in partner go-to-market strategy, campaigns, and demand generation. You’ll build and run to-, through
- and with
- partner marketing initiatives for partners in the APJC region, resulting in quality leads and pipeline generation. We see our roles as highly aligned to the business priorities of the sales & channel team, while staying connected to other teams across Cisco at large including demand generation, marketing operations, product marketing, brand and creative, and field marketing.

OUR MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE: (Required per OFCCP compliance)
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to travel roughly 30%
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in high-tech B2B software field
- Experience working in marketing with shown success and high initiative in the creation and execution of effective demand generation campaigns
- Experiences in various marketing techniques, including online and traditional marketing is required
- Excellent project management and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to influence others and work closely with other departments
- Ability to handle large, detailed projects to timelines
- Strong communication skills and ability to earn trust and respect from sales management
- Validated ability to take initiative, lead by example, and achieve outstanding results.
