- 5+ years of experience hiring in APJC regions
- 3+ years of managing a recruiting team hiring across APJC Regions
- This individual needs to be able to toggle between strategy and execution, and have the ability to know the details without being in the details all the time. Must have the desire and aptitude to build mechanisms based upon documented standard operating practices
Additional requirements include:
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the technical talent sector, and best-known sourcing methods
- Prior experience of quickly building high-performing teams
- Organized and pragmatic; thrives in a results-oriented environment
- Proficient in Excel
- In addition, this role will demand experience and proficiency in working with, and influencing senior business executives which will be served well by excellent written and verbal communication skills.
