**Experience and Skills**

As the primary marketing cloud administrator supporting the business function, we are looking for someone who has the following experience:

- At least 2 to 3 years’ experience managing a SFCC and SFMC (Sales Force Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud) instance in a BAU capacity, covering operational support, continuous improvement, platform health and maintenance activities.
- Maintain and document marketing cloud configuration and operational processes
- Ability to support integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Sales/Service cloud
- Excellent communication and customer service skills as well as the ability to articulate a concept to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with design and appropriate use of data extensions
- Working knowledge of AmpScript, and ideally JavaScript/HTML/CSS
- Experience/Exposure to Salesforce CRM administration, specifically campaigns and how these are managed across the Marketing and CRM platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
