**Allied Health Receptionist | Physiotherapy | Casual Relief**

**Hindmarsh Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic **is seeking an **experienced**, friendly and enthusiastic receptionist with good administration skills for casual relief.

**The Role**

Applicants must be well presented, outgoing and approachable, possess excellent communication, customer service and computer skills.

Some experience with Smartsoft Pracsuite/ Frontdesk or similar Health Booking software would be an advantage.

A welcoming, engaging and professional telephone manner is essential and other qualities we are looking for include a warm, self assured and organised person to welcome patients as well as complete administration and general tasks.

**The successful applicant will have**:

- Well presented professional appearance and manner
- Excellent communication skills and customer service
- Previous Allied Health or Medical experience preferred
- Confident, personable service in answering and making calls.
- Capacity for problem solving and initiative.
- Accurate invoicing and receipting of patient accounts and understanding of accounts
- Flexibility to effectively complete a range of additional administrative and clinic tasks
- Ability to work autonomously
- Generous to fellow team members in terms of support, encouragement, cooperativeness and sensitivity.

Onsite training will be provided for our practice management software.
