To do this you will be a motivated professional with demonstrated experience in the production, storage and delivery of fuel gas such as LPG, LNG, CNG and hydrogen and experience in biogas and biomethane production safety management.
Appointed as an inspector under the Petroleum and Gas (Production and Safety) Act 2004 (the Act), you will have experience with shift work, on call or after-hours roster arrangements.
It is anticipated you will have a tertiary qualification (bachelor's degree or higher) in engineering, or another petroleum and gas industry related science OR at least 10 years' experience in fuel gas production, storage and delivery sector and experience in biogas and biomethane production safety management.
A medical assessment and background clearance is required for appointment and a current Australian driver's licence is essential for regular, regional travel.The role description will outline any qualifications, licences and specific requirements of the role.
