The regulatory jurisdiction of the Petroleum and Gas Inspectorate incorporates multiple industries in the petroleum and fuel gas supply chain. It includes safety regulation of rigs, wells, pipelines, production facilities, LPG distribution, major gas consumers; authorising gas workers and setting standards for gas work and device approvals.

- ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders to review regulatory requirements and develop proposals for change and assess their impacts for different stakeholders
- experience as a motivated, self-starter that maintains project momentum using strong project planning and coordination skills
