An exciting opportunity to join Seed Heritage as a **Production Manager for Women’s Footwear and Accessories**. In this pivotal role, you’ll drive end-to-end production outcomes across all categories—managing critical timelines, supplier coordination, shipping deadlines, and compliance requirements.

You'll work closely with our Design, Buying, Compliance, and Shipping teams to ensure product is delivered on time, to specification, and aligned with our brand standards and sustainability goals.

**THE ROLE**:

- Create, implement and manage seasonal production schedules and critical paths
- Maintain timelines with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure key delivery dates are met
- Liaise with factories and the sourcing team to manage certification and supplier compliance
- Oversee short and long-lead time orders and ensure PO accuracy against supplier timelines
- Partner with buyers/designers to ensure first margin is achieved and large programs are negotiated effectively
- Collaborate on shipping consolidation and order tracking through Lima and internal systems
- Work on raw material sustainability initiatives including BCI cotton, LWG leather, and compostable packaging
- Lead weekly/fortnightly production meetings and report on order tracking, margin impact, and delivery performance
- Monitor QA issues, warehouse delivery timelines, and coordinate with 3PL/non-scan pack processes
- Track supplier performance and assist in supplier onboarding and end-of-season reviews
- On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- Proven experience in production within fashion, footwear, or accessories
- Strong understanding of offshore manufacturing, critical paths, and supplier compliance
- Experience managing international logistics, shipping coordination, and 3PLs
- Commercially minded with the ability to support cost negotiations and maintain first margins
- Familiar with raw material sourcing, including sustainable options
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with production tracking systems
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage QA issues, warehouse coordination, and resolve delivery challenges
- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent in Fashion, Production, Supply Chain or similar (preferred)
