We’re looking for a Workplace Relations Manager to provide advice and support to the business to ensure all industrial and legal employment risks are removed or mitigated and to enhance the workplace capability of Sodexo and its' personnel. This role is permanent full time and based in either Brisbane or Perth.

**Who are we looking for?**

We’re looking for someone who has a commercial mindset with broad knowledge of workplace relations matters. Someone who takes pride in delivering work to the highest standard, excellent client facing communication skills and the ability to develop deep productive relationships.

Key Duties:

- Day to day management of industrial relations, oversight of all industrial instruments, right of entry and disputation
- Lead enterprise bargaining negotiations across all operational segments
- Act as primary contact for union representatives
- Represent the business in relevant Tribunals regarding IR matters and case management
- Assist in the development & implementation of IR strategies and plans
- Establish sound industrial practices and principles with the HR community and drive those practices to embed across the business
- Assist where required in managing complex workplace matters

To be successful, you’ll need:

- Australian citizenship or full Australian working rights
- Degree in Industrial Relations or Employment Law
- Senior level consultancy, advisory and or management experience with demonstrable achievements in IR within a large and complex organisation
- Demonstrable experienced negotiating enterprise agreements covering large groups of employees with multiple union representatives
- Experience in case management and advocacy in the FWC or tribunals
