E-commerce:

- Lead and manage the E-commerce website, with a focus on driving business profitability by improving conversion, traffic, optimisation, and customer experience
- End-to-end management of the E-commerce site, working closely with the creative team to ensure products are online efficiently and presented to the highest standard
- Work with Web Developers to ensure optimal site performance, develop new initiatives and drive online excellence
- Analyse Google Analytics to improve cart abandonment and conversion rate
- Daily site maintenance inclusive of copywriting (product descriptions) and constant page merchandising for optimal results

Digital Marketing:

- Responsible for driving high value traffic through the management and strategy of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM and paid social ads, working alongside our digital ad agency.
- Plan, strategise, manage and maintain the paid media spend/budget.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum of 3 years experience across the below key areas:

- E-commerce management (Digital background with experience in online retail optimisation. Magento platform experience is a bonus)
- Digital Advertising (managing, implementing, and reporting on paid marketing inclusive but not limited to Google Shopping, Adwords, Paid Social etc.)
- Brand Marketing (prior experience in either the fashion/pet/health/beauty sector/industry will be highly regarded)
- CRM systems, managing/growing an engaged database and ability to showcase an excellent level of customer service.
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage, mentor and inspire.
- Highly organised Professional with excellent communication skills.
