**Your new role**

As a Lending Associate you will be an expert in your field. Supporting the lending manager, you will be fundamental in delivering solutions to customers who could be stepping onto the property ladder, building their dream home or undertaking a renovation project. Some of your customers will have complex needs, and you will be there to support them every step of the way.

Not only will you be a lending expert, you will also provide a seamless customer experience to those who visit the branch. You will be contributing to the outstanding reputation of the organisation that you work for.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To have the ability to excel within this role, you will bring the following:

- Home lending and retail banking experience is preferable
- Exposure to Sales is beneficial
- The ability to establish and maintain positive relationships
- A customer-centric attitude
