Our Federal Government client is seeking a
**Communications Assistant** who has high-level communications and writing abilities.

**About the role**:

- Translating complex environments into clear communication
- Understanding internal communications, and liaising with staff
- Creating visual materials for the department's intranet and assisting with the user experience

**Ideally, you will have**:

- Strong writing capability
- The ability to translate complex environments into clear communication
- An understanding of internal communications, and how to reach staff through which channels
- The experience and ability to create visuals is desirable but not essential
- An understanding of how to create intranet content and user experience
