australia perth contract competitive rates on offerWe are seeking multiple HR and Recruitment Consultants with state or local government experience to join one of our highly regarded state government clients on an initial 12-month contract basis.

**Role responsibilities**:

- Consults with business leaders to identify talent needs and plan recruitment campaigns.
- Guides Talent Support Advisors for efficient recruitment services
- Prepares and distributes employment-related documentation.
- Advises on talent acquisition strategies.
- Coordinates pre-employment checks.
- Facilitating recruitment processes
- Coordinate short list process.

**Skills and experience**
- Demonstrated experience in end to end recruitment within a Human Resources environment (experience within Government highly desired).
- Ability to deal effectively and professionally with stakeholders
- Experience working with either TechOne, RAMS or Ascender
- Excellent communication skills
