Our government client in Perth CBD is seeking a Talent Advisor.

**Your new company**

Our state government client based in Perth’s CBD is currently seeking an experienced Talent Advisor to fill their temporary vacancy. This is a minimum 6-month temporary contract assignment with the opportunity to extend for the right person. This role will be working within a large in-house recruitment team reporting to a Talent Lead.

**Your new role**

Your responsibilities will include:
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather and understand talent requirements- Support the design and implementation of position descriptions- Provide talent advice and support to interview panels- Ensure recruitment and selection processes are in line with compliance- Ensuring EEO practices and guidelines are followed- Developing recruitment reports and metrics

**What you'll need to succeed**

Your previous experience in a similar role will be essential, as will:
- Experience across end-to-end recruitment- Customer-focused attitude- Well demonstrated organisation skills- Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills- Preferably government experience
