Exciting opportunity within a State Government Department to be an International Talent Advisor

**Your new company**

A State Government Department is looking for an International Talent Advisor to join their team. This role requires you to work full-time hours, on an initial temporary basis.

**Your new role**
- Provide a personalised one on one recruitment service
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure costs of recruitment remain within budget
- Manage and adapt to various cultural requirements and expectations
- Training other staff within the recruitment process
- Writing new, and editing existing employment contracts
- Issuing employment contracts, engagement letters, contract extensions and probation letters
- Attend panels in a consultant function when required
- Conduct reference checks and VISA checks
- Other duties as required

**What you'll need to succeed**
- High level interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous recruitment experience
- Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills
- Experience within a HR advisory role
