**About the role**

Our Sydney Distribution Centre (DC) is home to a number of our specialist businesses - Access, Earthmoving & Site Services, Traffic, Power & Distribution, and Sanitation - all working together under one roof to deliver the best gear to our customers.

We’re looking for a proactive team player to support day-to-day operations across the DC yard. This hands-on role is vital in keeping things moving — from preparing equipment to supporting our customers on the ground.

What you’ll be doing:

- Providing helpful, friendly service to customers in the yard
- Assisting with equipment loading and unloading, ensuring everything is handled safely and efficiently
- Performing check-in and check-out inspections to ensure gear is Ready for Hire
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment and yard facilities
- Picking and preparing orders so everything’s good to go when it’s needed
- Keeping the yard clean, organised, and running smoothly

**About you**
- Successful applicants have come from various backgrounds such as; Customer service, building & construction, hospitality, retail, driver, landscaping, trade & maintenance
- Fork Lift operator’s ticket preferred
- A positive attitude and a willingness to get stuck in
- A strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and doing things the right way
- Good communication and a customer-first mindset
- Someone who takes pride in presentation — of the gear, the yard, and themselves
- Previous experience in a similar environment is great, but not essential — we’ll train the right person
- A valid drivers licence
