Programmed Skilled Workforce has proudly partnered with a leading national supplier of engineered wood products in the construction industry. We are currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators and Production Team Members to join their high-performing yard team — where your forklift skills and strong work ethic will be valued every single day.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position ideal for those who enjoy operating forklifts while working as part of a dynamic production and yard team.

You'll be responsible for moving engineered timber products, assisting in production processes, and maintaining a clean, safe yard environment.

Key duties include:

  • Safely operating forklifts to load and unload trucks
  • Handling long loads and engineered timber products
  • Preparing, packaging, and cutting timber orders
  • Using saws and cutting tools where required
  • General yard housekeeping and production support

About You

We're looking for reliable and motivated individuals who take pride in their work and thrive in a team environment.

To be successful, you'll have:

  • A current forklift licence (essential)
  • Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, or timber environment
  • Counterbalance or side-loader experience (highly regarded)
  • A strong focus on safety and attention to detail
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
