We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity in our brand new MaxMara Chadstone Store. We are looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our Team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be a significant member of the MaxMara team, helping to create an environment conducive to customer service excellence while at the same time endeavouring to grow and develop as an individual.

Key responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
  • Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance
  • Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
  • Oversee stock and store operations.

Qualifications

  • High school education or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years experience in a management role
  • Computer skills (Gmail, excel, word, online platforms)
  • Cross subject Knowledge (IT, sales, POS, etiquette, stock, security, man management, cash collection and reconciliation, finance, etc.)
  • Fluent English / Mandarin is a plus
  • Customer-centric with a positive attitude
