**The role**

As a Senior Process Modeller in Process Management you will maintain and embed NAB’s process framework and methodologies into business practices, uplift Enterprise Operation’s process management capability (including, understanding obligations and identification of the right controls) to enable consistent process transformation that drives an improvement to the customer and colleague experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Be an expert in creating and maintaining process models, including process map, and their associated controls and obligations
- Champion process management standards across the bank
- Receive training and support on PACE Process, Controls, and Obligations to achieve accreditation
- Validate and update Work Instructions and SOPs in collaboration with business SMEs and instructional writers, to ensure content is of high quality and accuracy
- Responsible for collaborating with BU SME’s to understand the process and map it into NAB Process Hub
- Identify process optimisation and automation opportunities from process models
- Maintain linkages within process models to support deliverables and reporting, e.g. ICS targets
- Support initiatives to improve process monitoring, controls monitoring, and automation of monitoring
- Contribute to development of COE practices, working with the broader squad to continuously improve standard processes, tools and templates

**About you**
- You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong experience working with process modelling standards
- Exceptional financial services and banking experience
- Knowledge of delivery methodologies and associated tools
- Practical experience in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and practices
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity
- Strong communication and stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Solid understanding of the business and strong ability to execute business plans to maximise performance
- Experienced in process mapping (MS Visio, Signavio), process documentation (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Tertiary qualification in relevant fields preferred
