Geronimo is a start-up that helps boutique fitness studios grow faster. We started in Australia a few years ago, and now have clients gloablly. We are looking for a passionate Business Operations Associate to join and help us achieve our ambitious mission (scaling 10x in 3 years). This will be a dynamic role during an exciting period of customer, operational and process transformation.

A bit about the role:

- you will be taking a structured approach to process optimisation across all functions of the company: to enable better customer and business outcomes, improving efficiency and creating an improved customer experience
- you will produce, analyse, measure and document current and future state processes, which will require you to be comfortable actively working with employees, leaders, customers, and other stakeholders to understand, measure, implement and changes to processes, roles, and operations
- you will be helping the CEOs make data-driven recommendations analysing customer and operational data, and measuring the impact of recommended changes

A bit about you:

- you have experience in a Business Optimisation/Operations role
- you thrive on understanding and solving complex customer and business problems and can think outside the box to find creative solutions to problems
- you are curious with excellent analytical skills and a high attention to detail which allows you to be able to understand end-to-end business processes and come up with ideas for improvement
- in short, your superpower is taking the chaos, seeing the solution, and implementing an elegant yet simple process that improves business outcomes and/or customer experience

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
