**THE ROLE**
This newly created role recognises our organisational growth and the need to bolster our people capabilities across the organisation. Key to this role is the support of staff with respect to our quality initiatives and key systems, to promote both compliance and employee wellbeing.
The role is responsible for undertaking the end-to-end recruitment and the provision of discrete administrative and support services for the Intrinsic Health Group. The role monitors organisational boundaries with respect to CEO support; recruitment, onboarding and orientation tasks; tracking professional certifications and mandatory training; and tender screening and management. This role will require a face-to-face presence in the Brisbane Office with an option to WFH as required.
**General responsibilities**
Recruitment
- Onboarding of new team members
Quality and Systems
- Orientation of new staff
- Compliance - oversee professional certifications and mandatory training
- Management of referrer agreements and compliance documentation
- Update and maintain records and databases, complying with processes to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible
- Develop knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure the compliance with regulatory requirements
- Visa administration
- Undertake in-house training to become the splose (CRM) lead
- Quality committee and project support
- Tender and grant management
Fulfil other duties as required by the CEO and the CLT. This may include administrative backfill.
**Required Experience**
- Minimum twelve months experience in an administration/coordinator role in a fast paced, service-oriented environment
**Desirable qualifications**
- Tertiary qualification (Bachelors, Certificate, Diploma) in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field
- HR/Recruitment experience is highly regarded
**Desirable experience**
- Project management experience
- Recognition as a team player and the confidence to manage up
**Required knowledge**
- Understand and use available technologies to maximise efficiencies and effectiveness including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with delivery to agreed timelines
- Proficient in both oral and written communication
- Complete confidentiality, sensitivity, and delicacy in managing sensitive data and client information
**Required certifications**
- Current driving licence
- Access to personal vehicle
- Current Police Check
- Flu and Covid vaccinations
- NDIS Worker Screener
