**About The Role**:

- Coordinate and supervise a large team of Technicians, Apprentices and Supervisors
- Oversee all service repair work to ensure highest quality of customer service
- Maintain a safety first culture and provide strong safety leadership through role modelling and mentoring
- Actively provide coaching, feedback, training and support to Service team
- Plan and manage all incoming work in line with time and resources
- Conduct regular toolbox talks and huddles
- Ad hoc operational duties to ensure the smooth running of the workshop

**About You**:

- Demonstrated experience as a Workshop Manager for a medium to large sized team
- Heavy Vehicle trade qualifications
- Motor Vehicle Repairer’s License
- HR License
