**The Role**
- Day to day NetSuite related support. System administration, editing/deleting users, and providing user support.
- Foster collaborative relationships with the BT team and cross-functional stakeholders to receive and respond to project requests as needed.
- Conducting NetSuite related programming and production change control.
- Analyse and evaluate new software solutions that align with the business's needs.
- Utilise low-code development to leverage integration, NetSuite, and work-flow platforms.
- Keep BT Managers and stakeholders informed of development progress by presenting updates and generating reports.
- Be able to assist in data conversion (From XL to NetSuite)

**Your Profile**
- We're looking for someone who's adaptable and strategic, with a great business sense and experience using NetSuite.
- You'll be building relationships and working collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- We value self-starters who take initiative and prioritise their workload with ease.
- Problem-solving is key, but we're also looking for someone with a great eye for detail and strong relationship-building skills.
- Above all, we want someone who's passionate and innovative about using data and analytics technology to make our business run more smoothly and stay competitive.

**Education and Qualification**
- Bachelor and/or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Technology, Data Analytics, Business, or a related discipline
- At least 1 year experience of working with NetSuite

**Position Requirements**
- Police Check
- Current Driver's License
- Required to provide digital certificate of COVID booster shots
