- As a pivotal member of our Growth and Business Improvement team, the Graduate Data Analyst role is your gateway to transforming raw data into actionable insights. You have exceptional attention to detail, stakeholder engagement skills, and a commitment to preserving elderly independence round out your profile.

Proficiency in tools like Power BI, Excel, and SQL, coupled with experience in diverse data formats and sources, is crucial.

You are kind, even when a bit stressed out, dynamic and energetic. You are also flexible and adaptable to change.

You are passionate about caring for people in the community and will contribute your ideas and hard work to make ECH better every day.
