Our Business Implementation Team has the important role of onboarding our clients onto the Praemium platform with training & development, as well as delivering a high-quality client retention & wellbeing experience. We are the key to understanding our clients’ needs from the first moment they interact with the platform and throughout the entire life cycle of their partnership with Praemium. We are seeking a self-driven individual to build deep relationships with our clients and develop an ongoing support structure, while delivering superior training & education to ensure that our clients have a greater understanding of the platform and where efficiencies can be gained.
**Key accountabilities include but are not limited to;**
- Primary accountability of ensuring you have deep and enduring relationships with our clients of your assigned panel and their back office teams.
- Project manage and support new clients onboarding & transitioning onto to the Praemium platform, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Observe and understand how our clients use the Praemium platform & products, to identify opportunities or remove barriers.
- Ongoing delivery of high-quality training & education, to ensure our clients have a superior understanding of the Praemium platform & portals, and where efficiencies can be gained.
- Active involvement in targeted client, team & marketing campaigns.
- Ensure CRM data capture is accurate and up to date with all client interactions.
- Communicating & presenting to clients regularly
- Proactively engage with adviser practices in targeted marketing & team campaigns on a regular basis.
- Qualify & process daily leads, liaising with our sales team
**What you will bring to our team**:
- 2+ years’ experience in Implementation or Customer Success/CX, SaaS related role preferred.
- Experience in investment platform technology and the financial services industry.
- Proven experience working with or aligned to financial advisers.
- Knowledge of Managed Accounts, Superannuation, and the Financial adviser’s advice process
- Your project management, strong negotiation, problem-solving and continuous improvement skill set enabling resolution of complex issues.
- A robust approach to solving complex problems, with a determination to provide a great outcome & client experience.
- Your experience working in an agile environment, adopting a consultative and cooperative approach to your work.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management & organisational skills.
- A team player & collaborative mindset.
