Appian’s Solution Engineering team is growing This role demands someone with comfort in both technical work and customer service. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about learning and thrives at creating and executing business processes that enhance customer experience. As a Junior Analyst, you love figuring out “how things work”, and identifying business processes to build great customer experiences.

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Test Engineering - Create and implement code tests and software test automation
- SQL and Databases - Use SQL to query databases to extract and process data

**Strengths**
- Attention to detail - Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exists in information and deliverables
- Collaboration - Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals
- Numerical problem solving - Works with numerical information and performs mathematical calculations to solve problems
