**To be successful in this role you’ll need**:

- 3 plus years proven Configuration Management skills and experience working in a ServiceNow environment.
- Demonstrated success in defining, implementing and evolving ITIL methodologies and processes, with particular emphasis to Configuration Management.
- Experience driving process adoption and continuous improvement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Desirable:

- ITIL V4 certified.
- ServiceNow Admin.
- Service mapping experience.
- Demonstrated technical knowledge across a broad range of technologies preferred.
