The S4C (Solution for Customisation) team (or otherwise, also known as Integration) is accountable for incorporating the Murex software into the information system frameworks of our Capital Markets customers.

Throughout the lifecycle of the product, from pre-sales support to implementation as well as training and product support, Murex S4C consultants are our clients' trusted IT partners.

We are looking for recent graduates or early career professionals looking to develop their technical skills and knowledge of capital markets and risk management within the IT space.

Based in Sydney, you will be supported by Murex experts located in Australia, APAC and globally.

You will work in a welcoming and supportive team, committed to delivering high quality software solutions to our clients, presenting you with opportunities to learn from the best and work with some of the largest financial institutions in Australia.

**Responsibilities**
- Client focused engagement to offer technical solutions for business requirements.
- Work on and support the Murex platform interfaces, reporting solution, workflow and back-end across diverse projects for large clients in the financial markets, including the biggest banks in Australia.
- Be a part of implementation projects, delivery of interfaces for electronic communication networks, clearing systems, customer’s internal systems and trade migrations.
- Working with the product teams to enhance the platform.
- Collaborate with members from various departments and domains to deliver on client projects across Australia and Asia Pacific.
- Develop expertise in the Financial Services space to be able to share this functional and technical expertise with our clients and internally.
- Conduct training sessions to customers, partners and internally within the company.

**To be successful in the role, you should possess/ be**
- 0 - 3 years’ experience in a technical role in software, banking and financial services or investment banking (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Relevant degree in Computer Science/ Engineering/ Mathematics or Statistics/Data Science
- Strong interest in Treasury and Capital Markets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated and proven team player
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Knowledge of Excel, SQL, XML, Unix, Programming - Java, Python, C, C++ preferred.
