- **Operations Management**: Proven experience in effectively managing operations within a mining and engineering company is crucial. This entails overseeing production processes, ensuring efficiency, optimizing resource allocation, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- **Supply Chain Management**: Demonstrated proficiency in supply chain and logistics management is vital. This includes expertise in sourcing, procurement, inventory control, and distribution. Managing vendor relationships and maintaining a steady supply of medium-voltage equipment are key responsibilities.
