**About the role**

Westin Brisbane is searching for a **Spa Manager** that will bring our Heavenly Spa to life with vibrancy, radiance and shine The Spa & Wellness Manager will be responsible to supervise the service process to ensure that Spa associates perform their duties according to department standards. You will be required to ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of the Spa is maintained and ensuring work practices are in accordance with local health and safety standards. Assist in developing and implementing promotional strategies and special events in conjunction with the Director of Sales and vendors

**Requirement**
- Strong business acumen and previous Spa management experience is essential
- Previous experience within a Five Star hotel Day Spa is advantageous
- Qualified in Health and Beauty Services and Massage Therapy
- Must have a passion for and operational knowledge of the current trends in Spa operations and Beauty Therapy
