Founded 17+ years ago, sharonbennie - Specialist Property Recruitment is one of the leading “go to” recruitment agencies in the Property / Real Estate industry. Although boutique in size, we have incredible clout with the who’s who of brands.

**The Role**:
As an ‘in demand’ Agency, we have a surplus of roles needing immediate attention. You will be trained up to focus on Junior positions such as: Leasing, Admin, Marketing & Office Support for our Real Estate / Property clients which will entail the following tasks:

- Write advertisements from job briefs and post to online job portals
- Screening resumes and undertaking proactive database searches
- Develop relationships with and building a strong pipeline of talent

**Requirements**:

- This role will require someone who is resilient and driven, you will have strong persuasion skills and be a confident communicator - via phone and in person
- Someone who is considering a long term career in recruitment and has a genuine interest in people and their needs / dreams
- Previous experience in Real Estate, Recruitment or Sales / BDM
