**About The Role**
The **Ventia Operation Centre (VOC)** has had a continuous growth over the last few years and with this, we are seeking x3 energetic and vibrant** Business Improvement & Performance Coordinators **to support the Business Improvement & Performance Lead across projects within the VOC based out of our brand-new offices in **Cremorne **in Victoria** and Parramatta **in New South Wales.
This newly created position will play a pivotal role in the VOC, assisting the Business Improvement & Performance Lead in improvements and the standardisation of processes, strategy, quality & governance frameworks and learning and development across all the different scopes of work from our Ventia operations stakeholders.
This role would suit someone with high energy and who embraces a challenge, while also looking to grow their current skill set in a very diverse and inclusive team.
**A day in the life of**:
- Develop and deploy content for training / learning following collaboration from Operations Stakeholders
- Assist in requests received by the business and recommend solutions for VOC process improvements, performance, learning and quality
- Facilitation of learning programs, care plans and reviews
- Facilitation for quality and performance objectives and governance for compliance of our Ventia operations centre staff
- Facilitate onboarding and induction programs for all VOC new starters
- Business Performance evaluation work (monthly deliverables, follow ups on operations
- action items)
- Create ongoing communications strategies across the VOC
- Coordination and driving of the VOC ongoing recruitment campaigns
**About You**
You will have 1-5 years’ experience working within business improvements, quality and compliance or learning and development, ideally within a contact centre or operations environment accompanied with relevant qualifications.
You will also possess:
- Sound administration and computing skills, specifically in the use the MS Office and experience working within an ERP, LMS and/or CMS
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven experience within QA and/or development and deployment in LMS
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Creativity and think outside of the box
