**About the role**:Working within the NHP PIM team, you will be responsible for executing the administration and management of the implemented PIM data model. This encompasses modifying the existing model through attributes, validations, code sets, hierarchy, repositories and taxonomy changes. This role is considered a super user for content management.

Key accountabilities include:

- Attribute and metadata creation and maintenance
- Creation and maintenance of business rules in the PIM system
- Creation and maintenance of workflows
- Maintenance of PIM taxonomy, repositories and hierarchies
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of data loaded into the PIM system by monitoring and correcting data quality issues
- Executing data matching and merging, cleansing, transforming and performing necessary checks on supplier files before loading

In this role, you will be proficient in the day-to-day management of the PIM system, including the ability to troubleshoot, test, validate, document, and maintain solutions for the PIM system.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Experience working with a Product Information System (PIM) system
- Experience in the management of product hierarchies, processes pertaining to product management, architecture, data governance and quality
- Experience in using a PIM system for data cleansing & enrichment, matching, merging, publishing to downstream systems
- Advanced Excel skills
- Good stakeholder management & relationship building skills
- Strong communication skills
- Adaptability and a ‘can do’ attitude
- Highly organised and structured with strong attention to detail
