**The opportunity**

In your new exciting role, you will be confident to **OWN** and run Northcott's suite of induction programs, including content, delivery, feedback, records and reporting

Northcott is rapidly growing, and mandatory training is at the forefront of the business. To excel in this role you will be a natural at delivering training and processes to new and existing employees.

Your ability to deliver this content will ensure employees have thorough understanding of systems and processes that enable them to provide quality service to our customers

**What we are looking for**
- Cert IV in Assessment and Workplace Training, or in progress
- Demonstrated experience in running and facilitating training sessions
- Demonstrated experience in designing and developing training materials
- Microsoft Office Skills
- Experience within the Disability/Community sector
- Ability and willingness to travel and work unsupervised
- A can do attitude, high energy and stamina
- Must have a Drivers Licence
