**What’s included**:

- 4 days of live, interactive learning in a digital classroom and 1 day of practical work experience in an office.
- Participate in workshops, group discussions, virtual assessments, and hands-on activities to improve your job-readiness.
- Catch-up days (Tuesdays and Thursdays) are dedicated to reviewing course content at your own pace.
- Following Monday is a catch-up session with your trainer to ensure you’re prepared and confident.
- Completion of the program is highly regarded by employers and can help you stand out in a competitive job market

**Course Schedule**:

- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9am - 4pm (digital classroom learning)
- Tuesday & Thursday: Self-paced catch-up on the course material.
- Following Monday: Catch-up session with your trainer to reinforce what you’ve learned.
- Thursday (Week 2): Half a day of work experience in a business office environment.

Earn a **Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment** Complete the course and walk away with 3 units from a **Certificate II in Work Skills**:

- Support personal wellbeing in the workplace
- Work effectively in business environments
