As the Assistant Director at Goodstart Seaford Rise, you'll leverage your expertise and leadership to inspire and motivate your centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations. Collaborate with our dedicated leadership team, forge respectful and reciprocal relationships with families, and actively engage with the local community networks.
**In this role, you will**:
Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director’s absence
Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide
**About Goodstart Seaford Rise**:
90-place centre with a strong focus on early childhood education, providing high-quality programs for children aged 6 weeks to school age.
Four large indoor learning spaces and two spacious outdoor yards designed to inspire curiosity, exploration, and play-based learning.
This role is offered with a 10am - 6:30pm shift to align with Centre Director coverage and support
Dedicated team of passionate educators committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment guided by the Early Years Learning Framework.
Strong community connections, fostering a welcoming atmosphere where families and educators collaborate to support each child’s individual development.
