When customers with with Mutinex to measure their marketing effectiveness, you'll run the process to get their critical marketing data into our GrowthOS product, leveraging DataOS as the tool for gathering, collecting and ingesting that data.You'll be able to read marketing data and recognise the difference between good and bad marketing data. You can spot problems in datasets and know how to find & extract data from other sources.Working in the Customer team with other Marketing Analysts, you'll manage multiple customer projects at once which will require good organisational skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Data Integration: Responsible for integrating marketing and sales data into our
GrowthOS product, within the specified timeframes. Ensure adherence to data quality
standards and alignment with business objectives under supervision.
- Learn DataOS: Develop a strong understanding of DataOS. Support senior team
members in guiding customers through the data ingestion process, focusing on clear
and accurate data interpretation and utilisation.
- Data Analysis: Perform analysis of marketing data to distinguish between different
quality datasets. Assist in identifying and resolving data-related issues with the
guidance of senior analysts.
- Collaboration with Teams: Collaborate with the Data Science, Product,
Engineering, and Customer Success teams. Contribute to ensuring integrated efforts
and learn to align these teams towards common goals and customer
experiences.Responsible for internal communications, ensuring effective project
updates using tools like Salesforce, Slack and Jira.
- Project Management: Manage and prioritise multiple customer projects. Develop
organisational skills and learn to handle project demands effectively under the
guidance of senior staff.
- Customer Interaction: Assist in building and maintaining relationships with
customers. Support senior team members in providing strategic recommendations on
datasets, structure, and quality.
- Professional Development: Engage in continuous learning opportunities. Contribute
to personal and professional growth, and the advancement of the team and
organisation.

What we are looking for:

- Around 1 years+ commercial experience in roles that require analysis of
marketing data
- Exploratory data analysis (EDA)
- Good SQL & Python knowledge
- Strong customer facing ability including communication, stakeholder
management & time management
- Highly organised people looking to join an exciting, fast-growing tech start up

**ABOUT MUTINEX**:
We might be an early stage startup but we already have strong product market fit, household name clients (Samsung, Mars, CUB and ING to name a few) and millions in revenue.

Being early stage means we're also still pretty scrappy and you wouldn't be coming into a well oiled machine, yet. But you would get a lot of opportunity to design, build and oil the machine until it's super oily.

We aren't aiming to be another Tech Unicorn because Unicorns aren't real. We are aiming (and confident of being) more like a real and really big animal that lives for a long time, like a Bowhead Whale.

Mutinex is a startup B2B SaaS platform that provides in-depth data analytics for marketers to better understand their ROI and make better decisions with future spend.

Founded in Australia, we've hit millions in ARR & have (very) recent funding ($5 million in May 2023 & $9.5 million in October 2023 backed by EVP, and most recently $17.5m) that we'll use for growing our team to continue to improve our product, bring in new customers and enable them to make better and more informed decisions.

We have a hybrid work environment at two days a week in the office (Monday, Friday) with teams in Sydney, Melbourne and New York.

With a team of around 70 people, we value high-quality communication, strong opinions that are held loosely and people who can give and take feedback well.

Equity (ESOP) is offered to all staff on top of their salary and we also offer additional annual leave after 1 year of tenure (from 20 to 25 days a year) that continues to grow another day each year of service until you max out at 30 days per year.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
