**The Opportunity**:
South Australia is at the forefront of the global transition to clean energy by leading the integration of renewables across the industry to support Australia’s pursuit of 100% net renewables by 2030. The Organisational Resilience Program is a key business initiative which will help us to achieve this goal and in doing so, will deliver on our compliance obligations associated with the Security of Critical Infrastructure Act 2018.

This newly created role is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to venture into the world of projects. As the Change Management Support Officer you will have exposure to all elements of project delivery from project management to change management to business analysis. This broad suite of offerings will allow you to explore which field excites you the most, creating a genuine career development opportunity for the right person.

To be successful in this role you will need to be able to work autonomously, demonstrating resourcefulness, initiative and the ability to problem solve. Exceptional organisation and communication skills will be essential as the role will require engagement with key internal or external stakeholders and the development of various change artefacts.

**About You**:
You will have:

- Demonstrated experience working in a similar business analysis support, change management support or project support role
- Proven ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including strong customer service skills;
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, planning and organisational skills with a continuous improvement focus;
- Demonstrated positive and flexible attitude with a willingness to take on a wide range of tasks and adjust to competing priorities; and
- Experience in document management and maintaining accurate systems and databases to support business decision making; and
- Experience developing and maintaining content within SharePoint and/or creating e-learn content with Articulate or Storyline desirable.
