You will be working for an established company that own and operate electrical utilities here in Melbourne. Being highly innovative company, they are constantly looking to improve their efficiency and move forward to renewables. To keep up with the demand of the industry, they are seeking a Metering Services Administrator to join their close-knit team. They understand the value of their workers and therefore support their development and accept differences. This amazing company has beautiful office in Southeast Melbourne office for when the team wants to work more collaborative together, they have fully adapted the working from home lifestyle and are very flexible when it comes to individual preferences.

**Your new role**

**What you'll need to succeed**
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working within AEMO’s Market Settlement processes (i.e working knowledge of substitution methods and finalising data, running RM reports etc)
- Knowledge of the role of the Metering Provider and the Metering Data Provider’s market obligations.
- Experience responding to customer enquiries and resolving customer escalations in a customer centric role. Ability to work both autonomously and effectively as part of a team.
