This role also offers a pathway to transition into a Coles Team Member position within the next 9 months,providing long-term career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick orders accurately according to company guidelines
• Drive LLOP machinery
• Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment
• Ensure correct labelling and documentation of packed items
• Follow safety and quality control procedures
• Work collaboratively with the warehouse to meet deadlines
• Keep the pick and pack area clean and organised

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous warehouse or pick/pack experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to lift weighted items.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability and commitment to the availability you provide
