About the Roles

We are looking for a responsible Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator who wants the experience and has the drive to forward their career with a reputable and stable Company. We are committed to providing opportunities for your growth and career development within the company

The successful applicant will be a hands-on, energetic team player who wants a full-time position, the learning curve, the experience and the opportunities that this position will offer

Key Responsibilities include

  • Leadership of the warehouse and transport teams, ensuring staff are engaged with the company values and culture.
  • Act as a 2IC to the Warehouse Manager
  • Assist in optimisation of warehouse resources to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Operation of Warehouse and Transport management systems
  • Coordination of container unloads including arranging labour hire
  • Coordinate and manage AQIS inspections and ensure certification requirements are met and maintained
  • Investigation of any instances of service failures, loss or damage of freight
  • Implement and document corrective actions
  • Coordinate  and manage customer stocktakes, stock rotation, damages and losses and cycle counts
  • Customer Service
  • Collaborate with other teams
  • Drive Continuous Improvement and ensure efficient process adherence.
  • Maintain effective relationships storage customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability for early morning starts

Your Background

  • Warehouse experience preferably in a 3PL fast faced environment.
  • Experience of working with food customers within temperature controlled environment.
  • Leaderships and stakeholder management skills or willingness to progress
  • Excellent safety record with extensive exposure to safety systems.
  • Demonstrated experience of driving continuous improvement and performance delivery.
  • Self-motivated, energetic and problem solving skills.
