We are looking for Residential Valuers for East and Western Melbourne. An exciting opportunity also exists for a CPV on the Mornington Peninsula where you can free yourself from the confines of Melbourne and enjoy a brilliant lifestyle for you and your family if applicable.

**Role requirements**:
In these roles you will be continually interacting with our stakeholders and clients both in person and through our expanding software systems. These roles may also suit someone looking for an opportunity to harness their own client network and take active responsibility for business growth.
- Possess a strong understanding of valuation methodologies and principles
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional deadline and time management skills
- Be efficient with technology and information systems
- Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills

- The ability to ‘think outside the box’ and assist in developing our business

**Experience and/or Qualifications Required**:

- Current Associate member of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI)
- API accreditation (CPV or RPV)
- An Australian driver’s license and own a personal motor vehicle
- Be willing to undertake a Federal Police Clearance check
