THE ESTATE

Pt. Leo Estate is a family run ocean front property set on 330 acres of vineyard, cattle grazing land, and a world class sculpture park located in Bunurong Country on the Mornington Peninsula. The Estate boasts three exceptional dining spaces
- our two Chef’s Hat fine dining restaurant ‘Laura’, a one Chef’s Hat modern Australian restaurant ‘Pt. Leo Restaurant’ and our casual dining option, the Wine Terrace.
This incredible culinary destination lies within Australia’s foremost privately-owned Sculpture Park, home to an ever-evolving outdoor gallery of over 60 Australian and international exhibits.

We are looking for kitchen, sales and service professionals with a great attitude, reliability and efficient time management, who are looking for the chance to work alongside and learning from few of the industry’s best talent. Central to these positions is a genuine passion for our industry and working as a part of a diverse team.

Previous experience preferred but not essential as we provide structured training at all levels of your career journey.

In our restaurant spaces we have cellars that cover the breadth and depth of the world of wine and guests who love to be poured a glass of something unfamiliar.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $64,999.00 per year
