**About The Role**

Reporting to the Reporting and Analytics Manager, the **Senior Business Analytics & Insights Analyst **will be responsible to develop power platform solutions and for the creation and the delivery of tactical solutions to support the business functions across finance, commercial and procurement.

The **Senior Business Analytics & Insights Analyst** will be working within our **Shared Services - Finance** division and can be based out of any of the major states Australia wide.

**As the successful applicant, some of your core responsibilities will include**:

- Manage data gathering and prerequisite tasks
- Develop Power Apps, Automate & Power BI Data objects (Datasets/flows/marts)
- Leverage Power platform capabilities to simplify and automate tasks
- Continuous self-learning to maintain SME knowledge on Power BI developments
- Identify user interactions and pursue report enhancements to deliver insights
- Identify and translate business requirements into data requirements
- Work with data engineering team to develop data models
- Work with business to identify data transformation rules to deliver outputs
- Work with business to identify data quality requirements and reporting to manage
- Identify data trends and analysis using Power BI visuals

**About You**

You will have qualifications relevant to the position accompanied with at least 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or similar.

You will also possess:

- A proven expert level of Power BI development
- Demonstrate passion for BI and learning
- Intermediate knowledge of Power Apps development
- Basic to Intermediate knowledge of Automate
- Basic to Intermediate knowledge of data modelling
- Working knowledge of UI/UX
